    • Work directly with directors of media and project management across accounts like Planned Parenthood, PCC Community Markets, Kenworth trucks and more
    • Input and track media performance including invoice reconciliation
    • Confirm and monitor media schedules pre and post campaign (performance analytics)
    • Assist in creative rotation tracking and management
    • Assist in managing agency workflow
    • Manage project schedules
    • Streamline details across media, project management, creative and production
    • Traffic and confirm delivery of assets to media
    • Maintain and organize electronic files across accounts

    • 4-year degree in marketing or related field preferred
    • Interest and passion for all types of media; digital, offline and social
    • Extra plus for candidates with experience using social, digital and analytics platforms and tools
    • Savvy with Mac and Microsoft Office Suite
