The first known US cases were reported there, and panic and fear led to lockdowns. Exhausted medical staff and overwhelmed local hospitals prompted SNF administrators to search for solutions.

Sound Telemedicine (STM) was developing a telemedicine solution for SNFs to provide virtual care on nights, weekends, and holidays, relieving overworked staff and keeping residents safe. While the product was more important than ever, SNF administrators were just too busy to learn about it.
Brand Campaign: Native, Display and Web banners, Print Solution Hydrogen created a simple brand idea for Sound Telemedicine (STM): a bridge symbolizing how STM connects skilled nursing facilities to board-certified physicians. Hydrogen used programmatic and print advertising to drive awareness to the new brand, and a home page banner takeover to offer advice and downloads on dealing with the shrinking number of residents.
