PROBLEM
During the summer Olympics, we negotiated bonus digital advertising placements with Xfinity in major Northwest markets. Because Sterling wasn’t an official sponsor, we were forbidden from using the rings. And certainly no mention of the "O" word.
SOLUTION
We created a series of Webby Award-winning animated digital banner ads and website takeovers that leveraged the Hydrogen-created Sterling Bank theme line: “Nobody works harder for you.” These salutes to athletes skillfully avoided the Olympics "no-no list" while connecting the brand to the events.
