Meaning Behind The Name
When your company is named after someone (or a long list of someones), no one asks a lot of questions. But when your name is Hydrogen, people are curious. If you are too, read on.
It all started over 20 years ago when the science-lovin’ founders of Hydrogen chose the name based on a geeky connection between the simplest element in the universe and the idea of clear, uncomplicated thinking.
Today, it’s even more relevant. For example, hydrogen power is everywhere in the news—and a key part of our planet’s future. Our twenty-something-year-old name isn’t just timeless; in today’s world, it couldn’t be more timely.
Science has never been more important in advertising. Here at Hydrogen, we’ve always understood the power of media and creativity working together. Hydrogen bonds with other elements to create endless possibilities, just like we adapt to our clients’ needs, whether it’s crafting campaigns across digital, print, or anything in between. We aim to power big ideas, much like hydrogen fuels the stars, driving bold and transformative campaigns for our clients.
Sure, there are flashier elements on the periodic table—like silver—but I’ll always be loyal to simple, quiet hydrogen. Because hydrogen gets the job done—from the birth of stars to future energy solutions. And at Hydrogen, the agency, we aim to be that same foundational force for our clients, creating impactful work that drives real change.
